The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Zoning Coordinator. This role will investigate and resolve zoning violations, review permits for zoning compliance, and other related roles. The position will perform inspections relating to permits including fences, sheds, certificate of occupancy permits, and other related functions. This is a part-time AFSCME union position with a starting wage of $28.44 per hour, up to 25 hours per week. A valid Michigan driver’s license is required.
