Call for Award Nominations

Every year, the Michigan Association of Planning honors planning projects and plans, leaders in Michigan planning, and student projects. Award recipients are recognized in the Michigan Planner magazine, on MAP's website, and at the Planning Michigan Conference (October 22-24, 2025 in Kalamazoo).

Details of how to nominate a project or a person can be found at MAP's award page.

Nominations are due on May 2 for planning excellence project nominations, and May 16 for leadership and student project nominations; but can be submitted any time between now and those dates in May.
