Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is a $25 processing fee for cancelling conference registration by September 9, 2008. The request must be made in writing and sent to the MAP office. NO refunds will be granted on or after September 10, 2008. Substitutions may be made at any time (the difference between member and non-member fee will be charged if a non-member replaces a member). The hotel cancellation policy requires that overnight rooms be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. on the date of your reservation to avoid room charges.
Attire
Business casual attire is recommended. If you are participating in one of our mobile tours, please wear sensible walking shoes. Many excursions involve walking on uneven sidewalks or constructions sites, so please plan accordingly.
Spouse/Guest Registration
Registration as a spouse/guest is not required unless additional meal tickets are purchased. Due to limited space, spouses/guests may not attend sessions or other activities.
